I learned how to be thrifty with my grandma. Her funeral was today, the weather was perfect to lay her earthly vessel to rest, and I was proud of my colorful getup.
Dress was thrifted, scarf was a gift from my mother-in-law, hat was a hand-me-down from my other grandma, coat was a Christmas gift years ago from my sister-in-law, and boots were thrifted. The whole outfit including shoes cost me a whopping $15.98….
