Happy St. Patty's Day! It is late and I have been super lazy this evening.... On the way home from work, I had visions of eating a traditional Irish dinner - some mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and some kind of bread..... but then I got a text from Christian suggesting pizza, Dr. Pepper, and Doritos, so seeing how we NEVER really eat like that, I was ready to indulge in some junk food and tv.... We just got finished watching the season finale of Top Chef, and I am almost off to dreamland. Tomorrow is Friday and I think the beautiful hornless unicorn, Hazel might be coming to the farm this weekend! I'm not 100% sure, but there's a good chance. In case you haven't heard, she is a rescue horse that I will be fostering for as long as she needs a place. She is absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait for Rose to have a gal pal at the farm!! Anyway, have a great night and this is a peek into our evening!
