Kick off the weekend right with this breakfast dessert!

Happy Friday!!!!
Is there a better way to kick off the weekend than with a cinnamon bun coffee cake with a nice piping hot cup of coffee?!?

This is a sweet twist on the ol' cinnamon bun. Less work, less mess, and fewer dirty dishes.

What you will need:
large bowl
medium bowl
measuring cups & spoons
whisk
fork
9 x 13 pan

Ingredients:
3 C "Cup 4 Cup" GF flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 C sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 C milk (I used raw goat milk)
2 eggs (mine were store bought... my girls haven't given me any in quite some time!)
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C melted butter

First preheat oven to 350. Then whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in large bowl.

After all dry ingredients are combined, add milk, eggs, and vanilla. DO NOT ADD THE MELTED BUTTER yet....

Mix in the addition of eggs, milk, and vanilla AND THEN slowly add in the melted butter. Now, this recipe was meant to be a one pan recipe, BUT I realized that my dish was still at a friend's house.... I made do with an 8x8 AND a 9x3.... in a pinch, this worked!
Once you have poured batter into your baking dish, you will whip together the topping which consists of:
1 C softened/melted butter
1 C brown sugar
2 Tb "Cup 4 Cup" GF flour
1 Tb cinnamon

Mix all the above ingredients together and spread over the top of your batter.....
Pop it in the oven and let bake for 30-35 min.
(Insert baked cake here. I forgot to snap a pic of this part....)
While that is baking you can make your glaze.....

1/2 stick of very soft butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all together and dollop & spread over cake while still warm!
