Two Cents Tuesdays...

The Tuesday posts are all about things that have inspired me in the last week, things I am looking forward to in the future week, and just things that I am excited about in general....
First off, I have decided to get back on my exercise therapy. Yes. I call it therapy. It is the world's cheapest medicine! I have been out of my routine for FIVE MONTHS!!I have had less energy, less patience, LOTS of feeling blah! This evening breaks the ice on this long hiatus....but first I do think I will have a short stack of delicious gluten free pancakes drizzled with maple syrup and bacon.... these were the best recipe I have ever made for pancakes!!!
If you wanna try this concoction, here's the recipe:
1 C milk
2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 C Cup 4 Cup GF flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp melted butter

In a mason jar or cup, pour milk and vinegar and mix and let sit for a few minutes.
Add melted butter and egg and whisk with a fork.
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together and whisk until all blended.
Now pour milk mixture into bowl with dry mix and whisk until lumps are gone.
Pour up onto a skillet or frying pan like normal pancakes...only these things are outta this world!!

I just found out that this film is coming to Athens soon!! I am super excited to see it!! Yip Yip!

...annnnnd now I want a mirrored picket fence! Click HERE to read more about this art installation!
Still dreaming of one of these:
These are some good tips for staying on track when trying to accomplish some work at home. I work in an office all week, but I do set aside time each day to keep my blog updated daily (well, I try to!).

My little blogging spot is away from the TV(^^^), but with the internet, a rambunctious kitten, and a very vocal dog, I can sometimes get distracted ;)
This article is a must read if you work from home OR like me, try to get involved in things after work and sometimes tend to get distracted....
.....and last but not least.... I RAN! And it didn't kill me!
This brand new route was really refreshing! Lots to take in!
