"Small Change" by Patrick Humphries. This book was the only one about Tom Waits at the time when I got it back in the mid 90s (I still don't know if there might be a better one out there - if you know of one let me know!). I don't like the writing so much as I love flipping through and reading the quotes and looking at the photos. I love me some Tom Waits.
