This morning I woke up with an insane craving for burgers that I just cannot get anywhere close by. I am pretty sure that my craving is going to force me to attempt to find some ultra skinny shoestring fries to go along with my attempt at making a "Father's Office" burger. It has been almost five years since the flavor of that delicious 'office burger' crossed my lips, and I am feigning.... If you have never been so lucky to have one of these divine burgers, they only make them one way, and they only have that one burger on the menu. You cannot leave anything off, you cannot 'build your own', it comes one way. And that way is TOTAL PERFECTION. It comes with applewood bacon, caramelized onions, Maytag blue cheese, Gruyere, and arugula and comes on a french roll. I'm drooling now and will leave you with a few mouth watering pics.
Anyone traveling to Santa Monica, bring me one back in a cooler please ;) - Also I will update this post later documenting my own attempt at this heavenly burger...
