Homemade Christmas ornaments (con't) .......

I posted earlier when I actually cut the wood for this project HERE, and this is the next couple of steps to complete them....
First, I printed out square photos that were similar to the size of my wood rounds. Then I traced around the perimeter of the wood so that the shape could then be cut out....



...glued the picture onto the wood with just a basic woodglue.....



and screwed a little loop hook in the top for some twine....



Boom! Isn't this cute???  I want to also maybe brush a little clear coat of something on the picture as well, but don't know if I will have time... I will update this post if I do, and post pics!
